The Grand Opening Ribbon Cutting ceremony for Chili Mee, Alhambra’s newest noodle shop, successfully took place on October 13, 2023.

Community members gathered in the parking lot of the Valley Square shopping mall next to a beautiful display of flowers sent over by the neighboring grocery store, Fresh Farm Outlet 吉利超级市场, as a congratulations. 

The ever-growing crowd of attendees listened to speeches by Alhambra Mayor Ross Maza, representatives of politicians Judy Chu and Mike Fong, and a pastor from a local church, who all welcomed the new business to Alhambra and gave their well wishes.
