About
Chef Hideki Nakazawa, owner, and founder of Nakazo Ramen Bistro located along South Fremont Avenue, started his journey in the food industry many years ago. After gaining experience and honing his skills in the restaurant business, he seized the opportunity to open his own restaurant.
With over 15 years of experience in the industry, Chef Nakazawa specializes in crafting delicious Ramen and Sushi dishes. Although the restaurant was opened just before the pandemic hit, it has garnered tremendous support from the community and customers, leading up to its 3 year anniversary.
When it comes to the menu, the restaurant’s best sellers include the Spicy Miso Ramen, Las Carnitas Ramen, and Kara-age Bowl. The menu boasts of both Japanese traditional items as well as ethnic fusion dishes, such as the popular Las Carnitas Ramen.
The Alhambra community loves the quality of the food and the friendly service provided by the restaurant. Chef Nakazawa’s dedication to providing delicious and unique dishes has earned the restaurant a reputation for being one of the best spots in town.
