Bon Appetea Cafe has become a beloved boba destination in downtown Alhambra since its establishment in 2014. The cafe’s current owners were not the original founders but have nine years of experience in the boba industry. The restaurant has received strong support from the local community, which has allowed the cafe to open two additional locations in neighboring cities in 2021.
The pandemic presented a significant challenge for Bon Appetea Cafe, forcing them to shut down for two months at the start of the crisis, which resulted in financial hardship. However, thanks to the loyalty of their customers, the restaurant was able to bounce back quickly, and most of their staff were able to stay on board, with many still working at the restaurant today.
