About
Alhambra’s Bagel Exchange was started by Ryan Natividad, who had a background in trading stocks and cryptocurrencies. With the profits he earned from trading, Ryan decided to open a unique bagel shop that is themed around the world of stocks and cryptocurrencies.
Before starting the Bagel Exchange, Ryan had worked in various food establishments, such as bagel shops, full-service restaurants, and even as a bartender at music festivals. He brought his experience and the best of what he had learned to Bagel Exchange, starting a business that knew how to follow trends and stay popular.
Bagel Exchange’s best-sellers include the Stocks and Lox, which is an open-faced bagel topped with smoked salmon, cream cheese, tomatoes, onions, capers, and sprouts. For breakfast, The Exchange bagel sandwich is a popular choice, which comes with bacon, sausage, ham, egg, cheese, and cream cheese. Bagel Exchange also offers unique coffee flavors such as Ube latte and Cereal latte, which is a double shot of espresso infused with fruity pebble-infused milk.
Bagel Exchange’s custom clear soda cans, which they seal on-site for all iced drinks, are a hit among the Alhambra community. New customers are always delighted to receive their own cups, which adds to their overall dining experience.
