Da Vien Coffee has made its way from Orange County to Alhambra, bringing its Vietnamese coffee specialties to Valley Boulevard. Founded in 2021, the growing coffee shop is known for its strong Vietnamese coffee, traditionally brewed through a phin filter and paired with sweetened condensed milk.
Da Vien offers specialty drinks like its Egg Cream Coffee, Marble Drip drinks with flavors including banana cream and brown sugar boba, and Coconut Blended Coffee, along with matcha drinks made with ceremonial-grade Japanese matcha. The Alhambra location has also become a popular stop for its creative combinations, including the Banana Matcha Latte and Matcha Coconut Water.
Da Vien’s arrival in Alhambra is part of a major expansion for the brand, with nine new locations planned across the Los Angeles area. The Alhambra cafe was designed specifically for the community, bringing the same Vietnamese coffee traditions to a city that has long been home to a strong Vietnamese food culture.
