ACE Burger
ACE Burger started as a small pop-up and quickly grew into a local favorite. Since opening its first location in Alhambra in 2021, the restaurant—founded by Kai Jiang—has expanded to serve even more locals of bold, flavorful eats.
At the center of their menu is the Chinese-style chicken burger: a crispy fried chicken thigh topped with mayo and iceberg lettuce, all tucked into a soft bun. It’s a popular street food style in China, and ACE Burger brings it to life right here in Southern California.
They also serve New Orleans-style chicken wings and a variety of Chinese street food snacks, including the Sichuan spicy beef roll, crispy fried whole chicken, sweet creamed corn, and Portuguese egg tarts.
