Arturo and Alicia Montes, a husband-and-wife team originally from Puebla, Mexico, have been the heart and soul of the diner for more than three decades. The couple first joined the Bun’ N Burger family as employees, eventually taking ownership of the restaurant. With over 50 years of experience in the food industry, the Montes duo has infused the eatery with their passion and dedication, earning it a reputation for both flavor and quality.
Adding to its legacy, Bun’ N Burger gained cinematic fame as one of the filming locations for the movie The Little Things. This 2021 crime thriller, set in 1990s Los Angeles, stars Denzel Washington, Rami Malek, and Jared Leto, showcasing the restaurant’s timeless charm to a global audience.
