Bistro Xia’s
About
Bistro Xia was established by its founders in 1994 and was originally named as
Mighua North Noodles. In 2019, it renovated its location and renamed as Bistro Xia’s,
after its owner Xia who was born and raised in Xi’An, China.
The restaurant specializes in serving small menu items from Xi’An, a large city and capital of Shaanxi Province in central China, and Shanghainese food from the south. Many of its patrons come for the eateries’ Chinese hamburger, special Zhuge grilled fish, crawfish dishes, unique rice bowls, and fatty sausage on top of housemade noodles. Aside from these delicious specialties, the restaurant also offers Chinese classics such as stir-fried noodles, dumplings, wontons, steamed buns, and cold plates available for dine-in and take-out.
